Bali's toll road operates in October

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, DENPASAR - Bali's toll road stretching 12.7 kilometers from Nusa Dua in Badung regency to Benoa in Denpasar will operate this October. The highway can be used when APEC summit opened in Bali.

"The toll road must be operated in October as the road's physical construction has been completed. The next process is the final work including installation of signs, road markings and street lighting. After that, the audit process regarding roadworthiness by a related party to be conducted in a month," Director of Business Development at Jasa Marga, Abdul Hadi in Denpasar on Tuesday.

Overall, Bali's toll road project lasts for 14 months or four months sooner than its original plan, 18 months.
