REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - Indonesian parliament asked members of G20 to consider corruption as violation of human rights. "Corruption is not only a crime but also a violation to human rights," Deputy Head of Inter-parliament Cooperation Board (BKSAP) of Indonesian House of Representatives, Haryono Isman, said during G20 forum discussing fight against corruption in Mexico.

Isman mentioned that Indonesia asked G20's developed countries to confiscate assets from corruption and return them to Indonesia. "That's important step to fight corruption," he added.
