REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - A business unit of state-owned oil and gas company Pertamina, Pertamina Lubricant, expands its market to Europe and South Africa. The first two containers of lubricant or 32,000 liters would enter Switzerland through Genova Port in Italy and another to Cape Town, Vice President of Pertamina Lubricant Supriyanto Dwi Hutomo said.

Featured product exported to Switzerland is automotive lubricant, including high quality Fastron series, medium quality Prima XP and Mesran. Cooperated with Indonaldini Group, Pertamina targets the export of two containers of lubricant per month or 300,000 liters per year.

Supriyanto expects the export to Switzerland to reach 500,000 liters per year. Switzerland excels in its custom tax and ability of marketing staff who usually master English, German, Italian and French.

Meanwhile, Pertamina teamed up with National Plasterer Group Cape Town for the export to South Africa. An initial export to Cape Town is including Fastron Synthetic, Mesran, and Meditran SX 15W-40 with a total volume of 12,000 liters.
