Brunei eyes on Mamuju's coal

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, MAMUJU - On the visit to Mamuju in West Sulawesi, Brunei Darussalam eyes the potency of coal in the region. "We do not only attend the 742nd Anniversary of Mamuju, we also talk on the management of coal potency with the local government," the Representative of Brunei Darussalam Kingdom, Dr Abu Bakar Mohammad Putera Al-Haj, said on Sunday.

He was accompanied by some entrepreneurs from Brunei. "If there is a potency, we are ready to invest," he said.

The discussion with Regent of Mamuju Suhardi Duka, he said, opened the opportunity. As the first step, they will sign a memorandum of understanding. He explained that the investment was pure financing from Brunei. He also hopes the agreement can be made soon.
