Orange Ant provides free tire patch

Ants are known as social insects living in colonies. They help each other to fulfill their needs. A group who names itself as Orange Ant adopts this philosophy. “Ant is our vision. Action No Talk," the Head of Orange Ant, Johan P Tuilan (50 years) or known as Yossi, said.

The additional word 'orange' comes from the place where they are born, Jakarta. Orange color is used by Indonesian football club from Jakarta, Persija.

Imitated the ants behavior, this community becomes social worker who help the victims of nail trap. The victims are the riders of motorcycles. They open a free tire patch in Jalan Kyai Haji Hasyim, Central jakarta.

Yossi explained that the community was established in May 6. The members were the activists who cleaned the road from nails spread by some people. The activists are willing to give more help by providing free tire patch. But, if the tire is damaged heavily, Orange Ant provides inner tire for only 25,000 IDR.

The Vice of Orange Ant, Sanawi, said they were willing to help people, but they did not refuse the payment given by the victims. Orange Ant provides a box for money to accommodate people who appreciate their work. They also make a bank account on behalf of Orange Ant Community. "We will be as transparent as we can," Sanawi said.

Orange Ant opens the free tire patch everyday from 06.00-18.00 because they prioritize the workers and people who take their kids to school. About 300 motorcycles are patched in a month. "We patch 20 motorcycles a day," he said. Ant rocks!
