REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- The 79th anniversary of RI is the moment of Pertamina Patra Niaga's collaboration with Pertamax consumers to help complete school infrastructure in the 3T (lagging, leading and outlying) region of East Kalimantan, where the Capital City of the State (IKN) is located.
The program, entitled For You Our Country Sharing, starts on Saturday (17/8/2024) until August 31, 2024, where each purchase of 17 liters of Pertamax, will be donated IDR 79, - from Pertamina Patra Niaga's CSR fund.
Pertamina Patra Niaga Corporate Secretary Heppy Wulansari explained that Pertamina Patra Niaga is committed to continuing to contribute to community development, especially in the education sector.
“Education is an important foundation for the future of future generations, as our support for IKN, we want to play a role in improving education in the interior of Borneo,” explains Heppy.
The funds raised will be used to help the means and infrastructure of schools in the inland areas of East Kalimantan, namely Long Apari and Long Pahangai which are also 3T areas that are part of the BBM 1 Price program.
“As an energy driver to other parts of the country, we through BBM 1 Price have been distributing fuel to Long Apari since 2017 and Long Pahangai since 2020 to improve energy accessibility in remote areas,” said Heppy.
From this role, Pertamina wants to again contribute to supporting the incandescent education of the local community by inviting loyal Pertamax consumers to participate.
“We invite all Pertamax customers to participate in this initiative, each liter of Pertamax purchased not only provides benefits in terms of vehicle performance, but also contributes directly to the advancement of education in areas in need,” Heppy said.
