BRImo Becomes the Most Downloaded Mobile Banking Application

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- BRI's BRImo application was the top mobile banking application chosen by Indonesians. Based on the Data.id report on Friday (2/2/2024), BRImo was on top three in the financial technology (fintech) application category that was most downloaded in Indonesia throughout 2023, after Easy Cash and DANA.

However, for the mobile banking category, this state-owned bank's application is at the top of the most downloaded rankings. Meanwhile, active users of the BRImo application are around 2.49 million.

BRImo innovation continues to provide various features that make it easier for customers to carry out financial transactions safely and comfortably. This makes BRImo's performance score reach 95 out of 100 points.

Among the various advantages of BRImo was that BRImo makes it easy for BRI customers and non-customers to be able to make transactions with the latest User Interface and User Experience and other interesting features with a choice of funding sources for each transaction, you can use a checking or savings account.

The latest version of BRImo has several advantages including:

1. BRImo UI/UX redesign. This design change aims to provide a refreshed appearance and new experience by prioritizing ease and comfort in transactions.

2. Complete BRImo features with feature enhancements from all channels at ATM, IBanking Web, SMS Banking and IBanking Mobile and will expand cooperation with aggregator billers to answer customer needs in transactions at BRI.

3. Open an Account (Digital Saving). Currently prospective BRI customers can open an account via the BRImo application by uploading personal data and sending a video as a form of Know Your Customer (KYC) in establishing an account. By opening an account through BRImo, customers will also be registered with financial facilities.

4. Internet Banking registration can be done via the BRImo application without having to go to a BRI work unit.

5. Personal Financial Management (PFM). The PFM feature can be used to help customers inform the amount of income and expenditure made during transactions using the BRI channel.

6. Presents features containing everyday features commonly used by BRI Bank customers.
