Policeman involved in the case of bullet stray to Jazuli's home commits suicide

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA – Head of Public Relation Division of the National Police Brigadier General Rikwanto said the window of Jazuli Juwaini’s house was broken by stray bullet.

The police has investigate Teguh Dwiyanto as a member of mobile brigade (Brimob) corps of the logistics unit in Kedaung, Pamulang. He handled the case of shooting training in Kedaung. 

On Monday (May 15), Rikwanto said Teguh was found dead in front of his house in the Brimob complex, Kedaung, Pamulang at about 07.00 a.m.. Teguh allegedly shot himself in the head. 

"When it was investigated, gunshot wound was seen in his head and it confirmed as the cause of death,” said Rikwanto in Police Headquarters, South Jakarta on Monday (May 15). 

According to Rikwanto, Teguh allegedly ended his life as he was stressed. 

In a training, some bullet strays to the Jazuli Juwaini’s house in Ciputat, South Tangerang. He was a member of the House of Representatives. Teguh got intensive checking as he was argued to be responsible to the incident. 

“Because of the incident, Tegus was examined. He was allegedly stressed then suicide,” said Rikwanto.

Teguh body was sent to Kramatjati Hospital to get a visum. The evidence was the uniform he wore, revolver gun, backpack, cellular phone, ID card, and cash money.
