The man killed in Pulogadung wins GBK renovation tender

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA – The victim who was killed in his luxury house in Kayu Putih, Pulogadung, East Jakarta, Dodi Triyono (59), won the tender of Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) project. This was revealed by his sister-in-law, Dewi.

The murder occurred on Monday (Dec 26) afternoon at around 16.00 pm. "He won the tender. He is the project leader at Senayan but the permit had not come out,” Dewi said at Kartika Pulomas Hospital, East Jakarta, Tuesday.

Dodi was a successful property developer in Jakarta. According to Dewi, he is also the head of RT 12/RW 16 in Pulo Mas Residence. This was the location of his second home. "He is Pak RT in his second home," she said.

Dewi said he was still in shock knowing the brutal murder case. She had not been able to shed more light on the victim's involvement in the project. "I do not know. I'm still in shock," he said.

So far, the police confirmed that this was not a robbery case. No valuables missing from the scene. Six people died when being locked in the bathroom, including Dodi Triyono. Meanwhile, five others were survived and hospitalized. "It's still murder, not robbery, because there are no missing items. There were victims and incarceration," said the Head of Public Relations of Jakarta Metro Police, Police Commissioner Raden Argo Yuwono Prabowo.

Meanwhile, ZKA (13) who survived from the incident said the perpetrator tried to drown her in the bathtub, The disabled girl spoke with sign language. "She said the bad guy was more than one person," Chief of Social Division of the Indonesian Children Protection Commission, Erlinda, told reporters at Kartika Pulomas Hospital, East Jakarta.

Erlinda has recorded Zanetta statement and it will be given to the police as a clue to reveal the case. The girl did not explained in detail about the perpetrator, but Erlinda has already known the figures. "I have hypothesis on the perpetrator, but let the police seek the truth. I'll help to communicate with the victim," she said.
