REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- The initiator of Ciamis's longmarch, KH Nonop Hanafi, scheduled to give a sermon on December 12 at Pusdai Mosque, Bandung, West Java. He will be talking about picking up the help from Allah SWT. "God's help will come to the people who implement congregational lifestyle, both in prayer or other positive activities," he said to Republika.co.id on Sunday (12/11).

Nonop remind Muslims should have the intention to help religion of God in everyday life. He said by practicing such lifestyle, Allah's blessing will surely comes. "Let's intend all of our activities as efforts to help the religion," he remarked.

The national congregational dawn prayer centralized at Pusdai Mosque on December 12 held by the National Movement to Guard the Indonesian Council of Ulama's Fatwa (GNPF MUI). Chairman of GNPF MUI Ustaz Bachtiar Nasir said the event was a part of efforts to preserve the spirit of December 2's brotherhood. "GNPF MUI will also tour to 34 provinces (Safari Nasional)," he said.

Mosques in many province participated in the national congregational dawn prayer on December 12  Even though, GNPF MUI has held three action to support law enforcement against Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) as defendant of religious blasphemy case, the congregational dawn prayer did not related to the case. "We surely want him to be sentenced, but our main goals is to make Indonesia a better country. Therefore, we start it by making a change in ourselves and congregational dawn prayer is one of the stage in making us a better Muslim," the host of 12.12 action, Ustaz Erick Yusuf, explained.

In the hope of awakening the ukhuwah Islamiyah (brotherhood of Islam), GNPF MUI will held various positive events related to Islam, faithfulness, and goodness. "I support the movement of congregational dawn prayer because the Quran stated it as the prayer that witnessed by angels. December 12 is also the birth date of Prophet Muhammad PBUH," KH Didin Hafidhuddin said.

Kiai Didin said if the congregational dawn prayer has become a massive movement, it would bring a significant positive impact to the nation. The Prophet Muhammad PBUH has prove it as the spirit builder. "Changes in the country originated from a change in the people, it is not possible to start it from the material. Take a look at Turkey's history, for example." 

The Advisor of GNPF Habib Rizieq, Chairman of GNPF Ustaz Bachtiar Nasir, and leader of Daarut Tauhid Aa Gym are scheduled to give a sermon at the 12.12 action.
