REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Indonesian television JakTV has launched special channel for 2017 Jakarta gubernatorial election at the JakTV office, Jl Sudirman, South Jakarta, on Friday. The inauguration of this channel attended by candidates of Jakarta governor and deputy governor in 2017.
The channel will feature all pair of the Jakarta gubernatorial election candidates and broadcasts the news of Jakarta gubernatorial election 2017. There will be off-air and on-air activities. "As one of Jakarta gubernatorial election official channel, I guarantee JakTV will be neutral in broadcasting the election," JakTV Commisioner Erick Thohir.
The TV program aimed to report the entire local elections in 2017. However, she said, the name of the program has not been determined at this time. It will be updated by the development team. This program is held as one of JakTV's anniversary commemoration.
