REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, PATI -- Several key witnesses of Dimas Kanjeng Taat Pribadi's (DKTP) case has recieved death threat.
"Based on recommendation from the East Java Police Department, we have put them under protection of Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK)," the agency said in a statement on Wednesday (9/28).
Dimas was a spiritual leader of Padepokan DKTP allegedly murdered two of his core committee. Ismail Hidayah was found dead in February 2015 and Abdul Gani in April 2016.
Abdul Gani has reported Dimas to the police and Ismail also known Dimas has done something against the law.
The police also indicated he has deceived thousands of his disciples by claiming able to multiply money.
Director General Crime Criminal Investigation of National Police Brigadier Agus Andrianto said the police are cautious in handling the case. Some of retired police and army joined Dimas.
"His disciples come from various class of society, either the educated, rich, nor low income people," Agus said.
