REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Etihad Airways rejecting Dwi to fly to Geneva because of she is use a wheelchair. Dwi dissapointed with Etihad Airways treatment that liken her with sick person.
Etihad airlines reject to fly Dwi because she is not have companion. So, Etihad assesed Dwi can not evacuate herself if worst case scenario come up during the flight.
Dwi said, Etihad not inform the information related to companion except for sick person. Sick person that need accompaniment also sick person that showed by medical certificate that show need companion.
Dwi feel disappointed while Etihad reject her flight from united arab emirates rejection with the reason do not have companion. Dwi said wheelchair user different than sick person.
"Also dissapointed because this airlines see the wheelchair user similar like sick person. Disable is not sick person," Dwi said on Wednesday.
