REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Prolific Indonesian writer Tere Liye said he will remain critical about lesbian gay bisexual and transgender (LGBT) on social media. He said that after the second temporary blocking of his account by Facebook administrator.
"I will keep using social media as weapon against LGBT," said Tere Liye, the pen name of Darwis on Tuesday (23/2).
Previously, Tere account blocked for 24 hour on Friday (19/2). It has been opened by Facebook. After the first block, Tere said je just post two writing related to LGBT.
Tere explained two opinons; first, about the danger of LGBT to children. Secondly, erased facebook status and considered it as issue by Facebook.
Monday (22/2), Tere account blocked again by Facebook for 72 hours. At the time, Facebook threatening to close Tere account permanently if critics to LGBT continue.
