Indonesia support Palestinians education

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Indonesia continued to support Palestine to achieve independence from the occupation of Israel. Not only political support, Indonesia also gave support in education.

"We often invite Palestinians to Indonesia. More than 1,000 education has been given to set up a Palestinian independence, '' said Director General of Multilateral Affairs of Ministry of Foreign Affairs Hasan Kleib, in Jakarta, Tuesday (8/12).

Training and technical assistance was also provided to Palestinian population. Indonesia continued to provide assistance as a contribution for Palestinians to achieve independence and sovereignty.

Therefore, assistance for Palestinian territories in the West Bank to Jerusalem faced problems due to Israeli occupation which was establishing illegal settlements.

"There is no issue that is close to Indonesia except independence of Palestine from Israeli occupation for decades. We all hope for establishment of a sovereign, independent, and democratic of Palestine," he added.
