Minister asks BPN to develop village online services

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, MATARAM -- Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Head of National Land Agency (BPN), Ferry Mursyidan Baldan, asked BPN in city/county to develop village online services.

"The goal is to facilitate the public service and taking care of the land," Ferry said, in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), Sunday (20/9).

Village online services was created, so that people do not need to go to BPN office in the city/county. They just need to go to the village office.

"The reason of developing village online services was because of busyness of the people," he added.

Ferry said that village online services has been running in 10 cities in NTB.

"There are 50 locations that has been running the village online services in total," said the former member of Commission II of the House of Representatives.

In addition, BPN Jambi and Bangka Belitung also were developing a similar services to reach remote areas. Ferry explained BPN officers will also provide guidance and supervision of rural communities.
