Currently, investors are expecting nonfarm payroll (NFP) data of the US who will be announced on Friday (4/9) to view the current condition of the US labor market.
"Projection of NFP data will increase and the unemployment rate of United States are expected to fall. If the projection is true then it would be a positive news on the US support to dollar strengthened,” he explained.
On the other hand, Lukman said, most investors are still doubts due to a declining manufacturing sector data. That situation makes the rate hikes of the Fed has not been too clear.
"Uncertainty makes currencies of developing countries, including rupiah, is becoming less attractive," he said.
