REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Indroyono Susilo officially removed from his position as Coordinating Minister for Maritime. Through a short message, Indroyono gave his official farewell statement. He apologized for mistakes he made during his time as minister.
"Dear Mr. and Mrs., with the end of our task as Coordinating Minister for Maritime, if there were mistakes, either intentionally or unintentionally, please kindly apologize," he said, Wednesday (12/8).
Indroyono was currently on his way to Jakarta from his work visit to Papua. He stated that he wished the government will be better after the ministries reshuffle.
"I am in Denpasar, on my way from Timika to Jakarta. Best regards: Indroyono Soesilo," he wrote.
The cabinet reshuffle was conducted this afternoon at the State Palace. Indroyono was replaced by Rizal Ramli.
