REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Lawyer of Aburizal Bakrie’s camp, Yusril Ihza Mahendra, said that after the State Administrative Court (PTUN) granted Aburizal Bakrie’s claim to cancel decree (SK) of Minister of Law and Human Rights which legalized management from Ancol’s Congress as management of Golkar Party, both camps could held meeting to discuss about preparation of local elections (Pilkada).

"Agung Laksono please meeting with ARB and Idrus Marham in the capacity as Deputy Chairman to discuss the candidacy of the local elections," said Yusril on Tuesday, May 19.

Yusril added, PTUN judges also asked Minister to revoke the decree. Because, according to the judges, the release of the decree was contrary to the laws and the general principles of good governance.

The decree was signed by Minister of Law and Human Rights, Yasonna Laoly, based on the results of internal court's ruling of Golkar Party (MPG). However, the judges review the decisions of MPG had multiple interpretations and cannot be used as a basis for validating the camp of Agung Laksono.

In fact, said Yusril, judges assessed Minister Yasonna performed arbitrary actions and misconduct because he has ratified Agung unlawfully. What Yasonna Laoly did were less careful, less accurate and ignore the principle of proporsionalism and professionalism.

"The judges also confirmed that if there is an appeal or cassation, postponement of decree remains in force," Yusril said.

So, he added, to prevent the Golkar leadership vacuum, then until this decision is incracht (final), the legitimate of central executive board of Golkar is the result of Riau’s Congress in 2009.
