REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- State Administrative Court (PTUN) will issue a decision about a lawsuit of Aburizal Bakrie against decree (SK) of Minister of Law and Human Rights. Management from national congress in Ancol, Agung Laksono has prepared two possibilities to face the decision of the administrative court.

Chairman of the field of law, central executive board (DPP) of Golkar of Ancol Congress, Lawrence Siburian said, Ancol congress team was ready to face any decision of PTUN, on Monday, May 17. If the lawsuit of Aburizal Bakrie denied, then decree of Minister of Law and Human Rights will apply.

"Of course we are immediately consolidate the party, National Leaders Meeting (Rapimnas) will be commenced on the next day, and we will declare the election registration begins," said Lawrence to Republika, on Sunday, May 17.

Lawrence added, in the General Election Commission (KPU) regulation, the party would be eligible for election are those that have decree of Minister of Law and Human Rights. With the rejection of the Aburizal Bakrie’s lawsuit, PTUN will lift the suspension on decree. Its means, the decree which had been signed by Minister of Law and Human Rights, Yasonna Laoly, would be applied.

According to Lawrence, though Aburizal Bakrie’s side made an appeal, however, the decree remains valid. So, the entitled participate in the simultaneous local election (Pilkada) at the end of the 2015 election is management from Ancol congress. Therefore, Agung Laksono’s side will directly open the registration of candidates for regional head.

With the winning of Minister of Law and Human Rights and Agung Laksono’s side, so KPU has legal power to accept registration of candidates for regional heads with the signature of Agung Laksono and Zainuddin Amali.

However, if the decision of PTUN is otherwise, pronouncing Aburizal Bakrie’s side as winner, then the result will be the same, they do not have legality. Therefore, with the lawsuit won by Aburizal Bakrie, it is not necessarily that the management of Bali congress results will be ratified.

"If we lose, we will appeal Judicial Review of PKPU about the election," said Lawrence.

If Agung and management from Ancol congress made an appeal, then both sides of Golkar’s management will not be recognized by KPU, because KPU will only recognize final verdict of the court.
