Minister underlines govt maritime vision for common interests

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Indroyono Soesilo, Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs, Republic of Indonesia, underlined that Indonesian maritime policy aimed to achieve common interest amongs nation.

"Our new maritime strategy also carries in its spirit the strong will to build cooperation and dialogue amongst nations to advance our common interests," he said in Jakarta, Tuesday (21/4).

The strategy, he said, was made to enhance the sustainable development of maritime concerns.

"The implementation of sustainable development goals will depend on a global partnership for sustainable development," he added.
