Perumnas eyes project worth 10 trillion IDR in three years

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - State-owned developer, PT Perumnas, sets project target worth 10 trillion IDR in next three years, following the launch of 27 residential projects this year. President Director of Perumnas, Himawan Arief Sugoto, was optimistic to achieve the target.

"We seek revenue worth 4.1 trillion IDR with net profit 105 billion IDR or grow by 25 percent from last year," Sugoto said recently.

The new projects will begin this year in Medan, Palembang, Pontianak, Jakarta, Karawang, Bandung, Cianjut, Surabaya, Malang and Makassar. Perumnas will build 20 thousand housing units in 2014. About 80 percent projects is the subsidized, while the rest are multipurpose building used for commercial including shopping centers as well as housing.

Company has also prepared capital worth 2.5 trillion IDR. Capital expenditure in 2014 reached 1.05 trillion IDR consists of 600 billion IDR for working capital and 300-450 billion IDR for land acquisition.
