REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - A delegation of the Energy Ministry of the Russian Federation will take part in an international trade fair Electric, Power & Renewable Energy Indonesia 2013, according to a written statement from Russian embassy in Jakarta and obtained by Republika, Wednesday.

The event is one of the largest industry events in the Asia-Pacific region and takes place from 4 to 7 September, 2013, in Jakarta.

"A group exposition will feature Russia’s national upstream operators and processing businesses, producers of service equipment and energy industry solution integrators," it says.

Members of the Russian delegation will participate in discussions, forums and presentation sessions. The key event of the Russian business program will be an International Forum entitled “Russia’s participation in implementation of the national program of Indonesia’s accelerated electric energy development”.

At the Forum Russian investors will highlight potential of their participation in future-oriented and promising oil, gas, electric power and infrastructure projects in the Republic of Indonesia, will discuss various issues of bilateral cooperation in energy efficiency, energy conservation, advanced technologies and renewable energies.

The Forum will be attended by the Russian and foreign experts, industry specialists, senior executives of energy companies, manufacturers of energy equipment and machine-builders, representatives of industry-related ministries, government agencies, and NGOs.
