REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA – The American guitarist, Pat Metheny, stole attention in Java Jazz Festival 2012. The musician who has won 19 Grammy Award drew so much attentions from those who wanted enjoy good music.
As one of the special show in the second day, Pat got his fans so much enthusiastic. Thousand fans crowd in Hall D1 where Pat and his two friends were playing drums and bass highlighted with blue lamps.
Pat, released album since 1979, played some hits, such as Last Train Home, Autumn Leaves, Tears in Heaven, Are You Going With Me, And I Love Her, Afternoon, Prato Feiti, and All The Things You Are.
Pat is closing his act by bowing to his fans. But the audiences could not stop shouting, “We want more…! We want more…!”
Surprised with burst of response, Pat reappeared on the stage only to played another song. This time, Pat performs solo. Again, did his guitar playing hypnotize the audience. More…! More…!
