REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Head of Public Relation Division of National Police, Inspector General Boy Rafli Amar, said the book entitled Jokowi Undercover has been spread widely among the society. The book turned out to be priced at Rp 150.000. "It is sold for Rp 150.000," said Boy in the National Police Headquarters in South Jakarta, on Monday.

The information comes from the writer, Bambang Tri Mulyono (BTM), He is also the suspect of the case of hatred, racial, and intolerance information spread. A total of 300 copies have been circulated among the society.

Boy did not know the profits made from the sale. To be sure, said Boy, the National Police appealed to people who get the book to bring it to the police station and not to distribute it or to take profit from it.

The society can immediately hand it over to the nearest police station. It would be collected to the police and will be used as partial evidence. "Please hand over the pieces that have been already purchased, to the nearest police station," he said.

Boy added that everyone can be the next suspects when they sell or distributed the book. Spreading the books via internet is the same as doing an electronic transaction. Moreover, the content of the book is currently a problem and considered to be a lie. "Other people can be suspects, so we advise not to spread it,” he said.
