The three-day event of the TdCC race on November 6-8, 2017, will cover a total distance of 487 kilometers, covering the districts of Tojo Unauna, Poso, Parigi Moutong, and Sigi, and the city of Palu.

The TdCC international cycling race will be divided into three stages, with the first one from the Tojo Unauna district town of Ampana to Tentena at the side of Lake Poso, the second from Poso to Parigi, and the third from Parigi to Sigi and finish in the city of Palu.

Governor Djanggola has called on the entire community of Central Sulawesi to support the success of the event, so that it can leave a memorable impression and be an interesting experience for the participants of the cycling race.

Some 120 cyclists from 29 countries will participate in the TdCC 2017, and during the race, they will enjoy art and cultural performances, traditional culinary delights, and the beautiful scenery of Tomini Bay.

The governor of Central Sulawesi expressed belief that the number of TdCC participants from abroad in the coming years would increase.

Djanggola said the success of the TdCC will serve as a benchmark for the implementation of a similar international cycling race in 2018 and beyond.

According to the governor, the international cycling race aims to promote tourist attractions in Central Sulawesi, so in future, more foreign tourists are expected to visit the province.

"The participants, TdCC, and their officials will be offered air transportation to Ampana by the committee," the governor said.

In terms of security, the relevant agencies, along with the Police, have made necessary preparations to secure the routes to be covered by the TDCC participants.

"We hope everything would proceed smoothly and as planned," the governor noted.

Every district, which the TdCC participants will pass, has readied various art and cultural performances and culinary delights.
