REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- PT Transport Jakarta (TransJakarta) will work closely with transportation service Go-Jek. Later, Go-Jek will be used as transit feeder of TransJakarta passengers.

"Yes, we asked like that, so one of our feeders, who want to ride Go-Jek could read (the application)," said Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) at City Hall, on Wednesday, June 24.

Ahok planned to put TransJakarta application into Go-Jek application. With the application, later it could be easier for citizens because it would be seen at where the position of TransJakarta and Go-Jek is located.

"We want TransJakarta bus could be seen until what time the operation, so we could count, kind of waze," he said.

To process it, Ahok said it will submit it to the Jakarta Urban Challenge competition winner in the event of the New Cities Summit 2015. The application will allow users to estimate the time to the destination.

"I want that if I go to Jakarta, for example to Ancol, so with the new system, it could be told the position to walk, ride the bus, ride TransJakarta, crossing the road, ride motorcycles and others," he said.
