Legal action and constitutional struggle (jihad) through Human Rights National Commission (Komnas HAM) by making an investigation team and collaborative team in seeking facts to investigate all violation of human rights by the rezime against  the ulemas, activists and members of community organization. It would also be conducted through the local and international constitutional institutions.

2. Mobilizing Muslims power to issued supporting petition to Komnas HAM and held a prayer with a large number of people (istighotsah), dhikr, and congregational prayer in all over the country to ask help from God to save the country.
