REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- PT Pertamina (Persero) through Pertamina Call Center (PCC) 135 won the Indonesia DEI & ESG (IDEAS) Awards 2024 ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) award for its innovation in providing excellent service to customers.

The IDEAS Awards 2024 held by PR Indonesia were awarded to BUMN Public Relations who were able to demonstrate positive performance in the implementation of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) communications.

Pertamina Vice President Corporate Communication Fadjar Djoko Santoso said that in order to maintain good relations with customers, Pertamina through PCC 135 continues to improve the quality of service or performance service level with the realization of the target of over 85 percent in the period of 2023.

“Speed of service is a top priority, this is also balanced by PCC 135 customer satisfaction reaching customer satisfaction targets and expectations,” Fadjar explained.

Fadjar added that Pertamina Call Center (PCC) 135 serves customers up to hundreds of thousands more per year. The highest service is carried out via Call Center 135 and digital telephone channels during the period of 2023.

PCC 135, Fadjar added, continues to innovate in service so that it has become international standard. PCC 135 has also received recognition and awards from various international institutions.

PCC 135 service continues to develop its channel, so that it can be accessed by phone, email, or direct message via social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). In parallel with digitalization, PCC 135 is at the forefront in serving people's needs for Pertamina products, both fuel and LPG, as well as service to partners/vendors.

Pertamina, as a leader in the field of energy transition, is committed to supporting the Net Zero Emissions 2060 target by continuing to promote programs that directly impact the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). All of these efforts are in line with the implementation of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) across Pertamina's business lines and operations.

At the IDEAS Awards 2024, a total of 10 awards were also successfully won by Subholding and Pertamina Subsidiaries in other categories, among which:
