REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, BANDA ACEH -- Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Ar Raniry Darussalam Banda Aceh carried out a Departmental Competency Assessment for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) to map the capabilities and career patterns of employees in the campus environment.
“This assessment is part of mapping the competence of employees in the UIN Ar Raniry environment as a guide for leaders in the process of job rotation and promotion to higher levels,” said UIN Rector Ar Raniry, Prof. Dr. Mujiburrahman in Banda Aceh on Wednesday.
He explained that the activity was attended by 51 employees from various levels of office, including administrative officials, supervisors, and functional posts in the neighborhood of UIN Ar Raniry, Darussalam, Banda Aceh.
The results of the competency assessment will serve as a basis for the leadership in setting the policy of rotation of posts and recommendations for the promotion of employees.
Prof. Mujib invited all participants to follow the assessment with full concentration and responsibility. Where such activities are a significant first step in career development as well as academic and administrative development at UIN Ar-Raniry.
“This activity has relevance to the performance of each individual. Take it seriously and responsibly. This assessment of competencies will be the foundation for better career development in the future,” he said.
The Assessment Team of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Indonesia Dian Sepalawati said the assessment will make a significant contribution in the development of professionalism and improvement of the quality of services in the UIN Ar-Raniry environment.
“During these two days, we will carry out the entire stage of the competency test and we expect all participants to follow each stage of the test in an orderly manner,” he said.
