The leader of Pesantren Cadangpinggan, Sukagumiwang Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency died today, Wednesday (17/1/2024) at about 1:30pm. The deceased died while undergoing treatment at Mitra Plumbon Widasari Hospital, Indramayu Regency.
The news of the death of the cleric commonly called Buya Syakur Yasin was confirmed by the administrator of Pesantren Cadangpinggan.
“That's right, Buya passed away at Mitra Plumbon Hospital,” said the Head of Ponpes Cadangpinggan, Ustadz Miftah.
Buya Syakur is known to have undergone treatment at Mitra Plumbon Hospital Widasari since ten days ago. His health is said to have been steadily declining since the past year.
The late Buya Syakur is planned to be buried around the Ponpes Cadangpinggan site, today.
The cleric, born February 2, 1948, left a wife, Mrs. Zainab Al-Huda, and two children, Hasyimi Robit Ibdal and Khozainu Rohmati Robbi Dawud Awwab.
