REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Indrayana Law Office Center for Government, Constitution, and Society (Integrity) as lawyer of PT Mahkota Sentosa Utama (PT MSU), a corporation that develop Meikarta project made a statement related to red-handed operation by Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in Bekasi District. PT MSU pledged to uphold anti-corruption principle.
Denny Indrayana as senior integrity partner through a press release on Tuesday (Oct 16) stated PT MSU is a corporation that upholds the principles of good corporate governance. So, the corporation would continue the commitment of rejecting corrupt practices, including bribery in business.
According to Denny, PT MSU deeply regretted the bribery case that allegedly happened. PT MSU immediately conducted objective internal investigation to find out the facts.

“Our first step is immediately conduct an independent and objective internal investigation to find out what the facts actually are," Denny said.
Denny said there was a deviation from the principle of anti-corruption which became company policy. So, PT MSU would not tolerate and would not hesitate to give strict sanctions and actions to those who commit these deviations in accordance with the applicable employment law.
Furthermore, Denny said, PT MSU insisted they respect and would fully support the legal process. He stressed PT KPU will be cooperative and cooperate with KPK to solve the alleged bribery case.
“We will act cooperatively to help KPK to uncover the alleged bribery case,” Denny added.
On Monday (Oct 15), KPK has named Bekasi Regent Neneng Hasanah Yasin, Administration’s Public Works and Housing (PUPR) Agency head Jamaludin, Investment Service and Integrated Licensing Services head Dewi Tisnawati, Fire Departement head Sahat Maju Banjar Nahor, and Bekasi regency PUPR Agency’s spatial planning division head Neneng Rahmi as suspects. They have been arrested for their involvement as bribe recipients of Meikarta licensing process.
