REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Gubernatorial Decree (Pergub) which regulated the implementation of One District One Center of Enterpreneurship (OK OCE) program is expected to be released soon. OK OCE Movement chairman, Faransyah Agung Jaya targeted the decree would be signed this month.
“This month, but actually we expect it will be released this week,” said Faransyah on Monday (Sept 10).
Faransyah said there was only one more step to make the draft regulation (rapergub) into official regulation. He stressed that it only needed to be signed by Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan.
Conceptually, the regulation has been considered complete, both in the governing body and the instructions of the governor (ingub). However, the governor's decision (kepgub) would not mentioned OK OCE because the movement is included in an integrated entrepreneurship program.
“OK OCE is just a gimmick and a spirit,” Faransyah added.
According to Faransyah, the Gubernatorial Decree will regulate technical details of OK OCE program. It contained an explanation of the registration process and OK OCE terms and conditions.
The regulation will also be equipped with an order letter that instructs the regional work units (SKPD) and region-owned enterprises (BUMD) to assist integrated entrepreneurship programs. Faran said in the draft regulation, there is one rule that will greatly benefit OK OCE actors. The rule is stated that Jakarta Provincial Government will prioritize shopping activities for OK Oce products.
Faransyah explained Jakarta Provincial Government was preparing a regional catalog that will display OK OCE products. With the self-management system, Jakarta Provincial Government procurement personnel have the option to buy OK OCE products.
