REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, SUKABUMI -- President Joko Widodo admitted there is nothing unusual with the meeting of the Coordinating Minister for Martime Affairs, Luhut Binsar Panjaitan with Gerindra Prabowo Subianto Party Chairman as both are close friends. "Oh (they) meet every day, Mr. Prabowo and Mr. Luhut are close friends," said President Joko Widodo at Pelabuhan Ratu, Sukabumi District, on Sunday.

Luhut and Prabowo met at the restaurant of one of the five-star hotels in Jakarta on Friday (April 6). But President Joko Widodo admitted to not knowing the contents of the meeting. "So, they meet every day, every week." Regarding what they were talking about, please ask it to Mr. Luhut," added the President.

The President also did not answer the question whether he left a special message to Prabowo through Luhut. "Yes they meet every day," said the President when asked by reporters about the things ordered through Luhut.

In a number of reports, Luhut in the meeting revealed that Prabowo had told the story saying he is preparing to fight again as a presidential candidate. Luhut also admitted he was quite close to Prabowo because both career in the military.

President Joko Widodo is in Sukabumi district, West Java for a working visit. The work visit was special because the head of state rode a modified "Enoch Bullet 350 cc" motorcycle with chopperland style. He drove from Bantar Gadung District Office, Sukabumi District, to Pasir Suren Village and Citarik Village in Pelabuhanratu Subdistrict as far as 30 kilometers.

The agenda of the President's visit on Sunday is to review nutritional food delivery for pregnant and toddler mothers and to review irrigation and wall retaining projects.

Furthermore, the President reviewed the implementation of Citarik Village 2018 fund absorption in Citarik Village, Sukabumi District, worth a total of Rp771 million.

The initial stage of development will create a retention pond and infrastructure for the construction of landslide retention.
