Sandiaga attends Jakarta Police summons

Sandiaga says he did not involved in the case.

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Jakarta Deputy Governor Sandiaga Uno attended Jakarta Police summon on Tuesday (Jan 30). He arrived on time as scheduled at 14:00 pm and ready to be examined at Directorate General Criminal Investigation (Direskrimum) Jakarta Police.

"Later on, now I don't bring a file because I'm not involved," said Sandiaga while walking to Jakarta Police headquarters on Tuesday (Jan 30).

Sandiaga refused to comment on police interrogation report (BAP) of his business partner Andreas Tjahjadi with his name listed. He said must be examined first to make comment.

Sandiaga was reported by Fransiska Kumalawati because his relation with Andreas Tjahjadi, his business colleague. Sandiaga and Andreas became the board of directors of PT Japirex in 2012.

Both of them are alleged to have sold 3,000 square meters of land located at Curug Raya street, Tangerang. Fransiska said the report was for land certificate no.1020, which was reversed from Djoni Hidayat to PT Japirex without AJB and has been sold to third person.

In a letter of discharge, Fransiska said the land remains on behalf of the first party. According to her, there was no agreement between Djoni, Sandiaga, and Andreas related to the sale of the land.

Previously, Fransiska had also reported Sandiaga and Andreas in March 2017. Police the appointed Andreas as a suspect and said Sandiaga was not involve in the case.
