REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Jakarta Police investigators said the mother who mutilated her biological baby has learned black magic since two years ago. "She (M) learned black magic and it caused her psychiatric disorders," said Jakarta Police Chief Inspector General of Police M Iriawan said here on Tuesday.
