"The apartment will be built in 2017," he said.

According to Emil, the poor could still occupy their original location after building construction was complete. Citizens will only be moved temporarily. They could return after the environmental conditions are much better.

"So the people who lived there, moved out during construction. They can return and inhabit apartment after the environment are much more "cool" and better," said Emil, Sunday (9/18).

The apartment will be built on lands that belong to the city government.

Funds for the construction is being sought from the Ministry PUPR (Public Works and Public Housing) around Rp 190 billion. "The detailed engineering design for one of those 13 location that we strive for is ready," he said.

The budget needed to build it is more than Rp 80 billion. "With Rp 80 bilion, we can alocate it for around 300 heads of families that were previously only 130 heads of families," he said.
