REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, BANDUNG -- Bandung Health Department has asked people to check the authenticity of Healthcare and Social Security Agency (BPJS Kesehatan) card.

Head of the Bandung Health Department Ahyani Raksanagara said Bandung Health Department would anticipate the circulation of fake BPJS card.

Ahyani also invited people who feel hesitate their BPJS card to check the authenticity BPJS card to local medical facilities or BPJS office.

For citizens who doubt or worry fake BPJS card, can be directly checked. People can visiting local medical facilities or BPJS to check with the original database.

"If there are things that suspicious they can report to BPJS and health department," Ahyani said when contacted on Wednesday (27/7).

In anticipation, Bandung Health Department has been coordinated with BPJS to tighten supervision. In addition to increasing socialization, Health department has provided registration service and open up public complaints hotline.

Thus, people can sign up with correct procedures. Not through irresponsible pander.
