REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Vice President Jusuf Kalla inspected the construction of a flyover connecting Maros district to Bone district in South Sulawesi province on Sunday.
"The presence of this flyover is quite important because it can shorten travel time. This flyover resembles the one in Sumatra," he said in a press statement released on Sunday.
He expressed the hope that the 316-meter long flyover whose construction began in 2015 will give high economic value to local residents once it is completed.
The project is expected to cost Rp167.7 billion, consisting of Rp30 billion from the 2015 state budget, Rp60 billion from the 2016 state budget and Rp79.745 billion from the 2017 state budget.
