REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, BOGOR - GS Energy Limited offers waste management in Bogor using modern technology. Relating to this issue, the City Government has acknowledged that Bogor waste management should be the main priority.

“Handling waste has become one of the main priorities for the City Government. Currently, managing garbage is still combined in two ways," said Deputy Mayor of Bogor Usmar Hariman, Tuesday (31/5).

He explained that the city of Bogor still manage waste by waste bank establishment and TPS 3R concept. According to him, during this time the desired concept is to deplete waste management in place.

"We are still using the concept of management out everywhere, therefore if there is technology to be presented, why not,” said Usmar.

Usmar stated, that the offer for the modern technology for waste management will continue to be assessed. He argued, apart from good management, he needs to look at if the investment in the technology is total to the company.

Based on, Mayor Accountability Statement Report (LKPJ) in 2015, the level of waste management services in the city of Bogor last year has already covered 72.20 percent. "Heaps of garbage per day, noted to have been as much as 2680 cubic meters," said Usmar.

Currently Bogor City has 964 polling stations in some areas of Bogor. Pickup Services assisted with 135 garbage trucks with 116 effective vehicles consisting of 81 dump trucks, 30 arm roll, and five compactor trucks.

Knowing all of this, GS Energy Limited offered modern waste management technologies by means of gasification. With this technology, the waste is burned to generate heat that can be used for electric power and steam that can produce water that can be used by people.
