REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Chairman of the Bulan Bintang Party (PBB) Yusril Ihza Mahendra refuse to be nominated as vice governor of Jakarta in elections in 2017. Yusril only want to be nominated as candidate for Jakarta governor.

Yusril, who took the test enrolment governor candidate of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP), confirms that once visited the office of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) in Menteng, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (17/5).

"I've been asked in the interview, and asked do I want to be the vice governor of Jakarta? I am not willing, because I want to be as governor, not vice governor,’’ Yusril said at the office of the House of Representatives PDIP Center in Menteng, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday.

Recently, Yusril still waiting decision of many parties, including the PDIP, which may be nominated to become governor when Jakarta elections in 2017.
