REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Jessica Kumala pretrial lawsuit at the Central Jakarta Distric Court has come to the final decision. The lawsuit has been denied by judge I Wayan Merta on Tuesday (1/3).
Director General of Criminal Investigation Jakarta Police Sr Commissioner Krishna Murti responded regarding the pretrial declined. According to Krishna in pretrial there is no win or lose.
"There is no winning or losing. It means that what we did was rated by judges were on the track,' said Krishna in Polda Metro Jaya, Jakarta on Tuesday (1/3).
It means, Krishna continued, during the process, investigators were assessed whether in accordance to the procedure or do not violate the rules. So, it was only waiting for suggestion from the public prosecutor.
"Now we are waiting for P19 to continue the investigation of the prosecutor," said Krishna.
