REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- The spreading of Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) makes Provincial Government of West Java concerned. West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan wants to shield young generation from LGBT influences.

"Provincial Government concerned, there are three leading sector of regional government organization (OPD) to handle LGBT," said Heryawan familiarly called Aher on Tuesday (16/2).

For the people already contaminated by LGBT, said Aher, should not be exiled but to be educated by stakeholders, including, education, police, child and family counselling institution.

"So not handle it by oneself. Principally not to hate them (LGBT), we hate the deviant behavior, not the person," said Aher.

To cure LGBT, said Aher, should made various effort. One of them is counseling, so they can back to 'fitrah'.
