REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Rumor that said if Jessica Kumala Wongso and Arif Soemarko had a relationship was denied by Wayan Mirna Salihin's father, Dharmawan Salihin. He claimed the rumor wasn't true.

Jessica and Arief allegedly had a relationship before getting married with Mirna. Dharmawan said, it was impossible because both of them were pursuing their study in different location. Jessica was studying at Billy Blue Collage of Design, Sydney, Australia and Arief in Melbourne.

He explained if Jessica never had relation with Arief directly. Instead, her daughter Mirna was introducing her husband to Jessica.

"Arief never knew about Jessica until Mirna introduced her to him," Dharmawan said.

Mirna died after drinking coffee at Olivia Restaurant, Central Jakarta on January 6. Jessica arrived early and ordered a sazerac cocktail and Vietnamese coffee. Minutes after, Mirna and her other friend, Hani arrived at the cafe. She later proceeds to drink coffee.

Shortly afterwards, she suffered from convulsions and began to foam at the mouth. She was rushed to the hospital, but died on arrival.
