REPUBLIKA.CO.ID,JAKARTA -- Perpetrators of bomb blast in Sarinah, Thamrin, Jakarta, were successfully secured by police officers. People were asked not to be panic and avoid several information that could not be justified.
"The situation is under control, the perpetrators consist of seven people, three were shot dead and four were arrested," wrote Public Relations Division of Police Headquarters statement through its official website on Thursday (14/1).
The police also ensured whole officers of the police and the military remain on guard.
"Related to information that said the perpetrators used motorcycle and armed, it was a hoax," the statement added.
The Police urged people that if there is anything suspicious, it can be reported to the officers. It can be reported to RT/RW and nearest police station.
