REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Minister of Energy and Mineral Sudirman Said, Sudirman Said attended House ethics council’s (MKD) trial in Jakarta, Wednesday (2/12). The court finally agreed to play recording related to contract extension of PT Freeport.

The record contained conversation about Freeport, conversation three people by SN (House Speaker Setya Novanto), MR (businessman Muhammad Riza Chalid), MS (CEO of PT Freeport Indonesia, Maroef Sjamsoeddin).
It also contained other conversations such as 2014 presidential election. It was revealed that MR was a donor Presidential Candidate Prabowo, but on the other hand he supported Joko Widodo to become president.

The recording was first opened publicly by Sudirman Said and made on June 8, 2015, at a hotel in Jakarta.
