REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Publicly traded construction company PT Adhi Karya Tbk (ADHI) said it will offer 1.759 billion right share or around 49.4 percent of its paid up capital.
The new right shares are priced at Rp1,560 each to be listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.
The management of ADHI said the state company hopes to raise Rp2.744 trillion from the share sales.
If some shareholders not using their right to buy, the shares would be offered to other shareholders wanting to buy share more than they are entitle to have.
If there are still shares remaining , they would be offered to standby buyers including PT Bahana Securities, PT Danareksa Sekuritas and PT Mandiri Sekuritas.
The rights issue would take place on Sept 30 in regular and negotiation market and on Oct. 5 in cash market.
