REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Directorate General of Correctional Facilities (Ditjen Pas) of the Law and Human Rights Ministry ensured, the convict of corruption cases Mohamad Nazarudin would have the right as a justice collaborator. He was proposed to get a remission of Eid al-Fitr 1436 Hijri.
"Since applied to Sukamiskin prisons he got the certificate that he is a justice collaborator," said Head of Public Relations Ditjen Pas, Akbar Hadi confirmed on Tuesday, July 21.

Akbar pointed out, a prisoner of corruption case should first pay compensation according to court verdict and received a certificate of law enforcement who handled the case. "It will all be verified, if it fulfilled he just have to conduct TPP (Correctional Observer Team) hearing," he said.
