REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA –- Criminal Investigation Agency Chief of National Police (Kabareskrim Polri) General Commissioner (Komjen) Budi Waseso said, the police had been handle the terror of bomb-like object against the investigator of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), Police Commissioner Afif Julian Miftah near his home, in South Bekasi, on Sunday night, July 5. Police Chief immediately ordered the Densus 88 team to move fast.
"We find out what the background. So that we can guess about who the culprit," said Budi, in the Criminal Investigation Police, on Tuesday, July 7.
Yesterday, The Densus 88 team already visited the crime scene. Currently, it was still under investigation. Budi asserted, the police did not want to speculate the terror motives. Police were looking for evidence that the object was a terror that intended to Afif.
Previously reported, the caretaker chairman of KPK, Johan Budi did not want to speculate related to the threat. He still would await the results of the police’s investigation related to the terror motives. So the next step could be done.
