Margareth threatened with the death penalty

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Lawyer of Agus Tai Hamdamai, Haposan Sihombing said that if the foster mother of Angeline, Margareth, proven ordered to kill Angeline, she is threatened with the death penalty.

"It will depend on the police, if she proved to dictate or order, if it is true, of course Margareth would be entangled Article 340 of the Criminal Code about planned murder. The punishment is the death penalty," said Haposan to Republika Online (ROL), on Sunday, June 14.

Previously, on Saturday, June 13, the suspect of Angeline’s murder case, Agus, was questioned as a witness in the case of domestic violence (KDRT) involving Margareth. "He is also related to this case (the murder case of Angeline). Because the suspect last night was questioned at Bali Police Chief's related to domestic violence. Surely, AG as a witness,"said Haposan.

Bali Regional Police on Sunday, June 14, have arrested foster mother of Angeline, Margaret, related to alleged cases of child abandonment which reported by Integrated Services Center for Women's Empowerment and Child (P2TP2A) Denpasar. Determination of the suspect to Margareth based on the development related to the confession of the suspect Agus.
